Luke Allan

Originally from rural Yorkshire, I studied in Liverpool before undertaking my first teaching role in central London. I have taught Geography with Travel and Tourism since 2019 at DBS and have enjoyed teaching amongst such a diverse school community. I will be helping to coordinate the Duke of Edinburgh scheme, and feel this is a great opportunity for pupils to learn key life skills.

Outside of the classroom, I love to travel and remain active through sport, with a love for Rugby league.

Best Moment at DBS

I have enjoyed many moments at DBS so far, especially with my year 7 form. One day that stands out for me was International day, and being able to celebrate the different cultures within our school.
