Fiona Profile – PA to Head of Primary

Born in Cork, Ireland to a Mum from London, I caught the travel bug early. After university in Cork, Strasbourg and Edinburgh, I moved to Dubai as a fresh-faced graduate looking for adventure.

I found it here and have thoroughly enjoyed travelling the world from this wonderful UAE base camp. Fast forward 12 years and the travels have slowed down thanks to 2 babies and a house purchase near DBS. I enjoy running after my toddler at the beach, camping, seeing friends and entertaining visitors. I started working at DBS in January 2019 and I instantly felt at home in the school and love the warm, community atmosphere. While every day is a challenge to keep up the high standards set at DBS, the positive, helpful attitudes of the staff and students shine through and make working here a pleasure.
