Melissa Mendes

I was born and raised in Brazil but have also lived in Australia, the USA and the Netherlands. I have lived in Dubai for 12 years now and this is the city I call home. I have a 10-year-old son who is a student at DBSEH. 

I have a bachelor's degree in Trilingual Executive Secretaryship, a Post-Graduate certificate in Management and a Master's in Psychology but I have always worked in education, either as a teacher or in admin. 

I have worked for Taaleem for 10 years. I started at our Sister school Uptown International School and then joined Dubai British School Jumeirah Park Foundation during the construction phase. I am excited to join DBSEH after 8 lovely years at DBF!
