Confident that teaching is what I wanted to do, I completed my PGCE at the University of Leicester in 2016. I taught in Northamptonshire, where I gained valuable experience across Key Stage 1, before moving to Dubai where I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching since 2018. I have always believed that the start of my academic success was due to the supportive and stimulating learning environment that I was provided with during my early childhood. This is why I am passionate about providing all children with the same positive, memorable impact to prepare them for an outstanding future. I make great effort in providing children with an encouraging and supportive environment that inspires them to become self-motivated individuals with a love of learning. I love working in such a vibrant, diverse and multicultural city and I am extremely excited and privileged to be continuing my teaching career at DBS. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my friends, visiting new places and trying new things (skydiving over the Palm is definitely one of my highlights!). My ideal downtime involves relaxing by the pool or taking walks on the beach.
