Feedback and Complaints Policy

Taaleem believes that students and parents are entitled to expect courteous, prompt and careful attention to their needs, views, opinions and wishes. We take any complaints or concerns that arise seriously, this could involve a student, a parent or a member of staff. We also welcome suggestions and feedback to improve our schools.

This policy may be used by anyone who has a concern, suggestion, compliment, feedback or complaint about any aspects of the school. In essence this will mean the parents and carers of the student, it may also include neighbours of the school or any other members of the local community.

Fees Collection Policy

Taaleem Schools commits to its ethos to listen to parents and offer flexibility to their needs when it comes to paying school fees. We are fair and transparent with the information available on school fees and any changes made to the school fees are informed to parents in advance.

This policy guides a parent on the process when paying fees, the options available and the consequences when fees are unpaid or late.

Student Referral Policy

Taaleem is a caring organisation that values the networking a parent does to promote the school that their children attend to other parents. We appreciate that you are proud of the school that your child attends and organically recommend the school to your community and friends.

This policy aims to reward parents that have recommended the Taaleem school that their children attend to another family. If the outcome after the referral is that family also enrol their own children at the same school, this policy outlines the procedure to receive a monetary reward that is discounted from the referring families fees.
