We hope that you all had an enjoyable Winter break and are pleased to welcome all the children back to school. We would also like to welcome the many new children who have started at DBS for the first time. This letter lists the basic routines adopted in the year group, plus a few reminders to those returning to the school and including a brief description of the work and activities your child will be covering this term. In response to parental request, we have provided more detailed information regarding the children's literacy, numeracy and IPC curricula for this term, and this can be found by following the links below. We have also included more details from specialist teachers and we hope that this will give you a greater understanding of the work your child is covering. Planned events that have been added to the school calendar are listed at the end.
