Please ensure that you have read and understand our admissions policy prior to submitting an application to the school. For admissions requests please complete our downloadable application form.

 

You may download our Application Form to fill in and scan/fax back to us if this is more convenient.

Once we are in receipt of your submission, we will begin processing your application upon receipt of the application fee (AED 500 non-refundable). You may make this payment by filling in a Credit Card Authorisation Form, together with a copy of your credit card and passport photo page, and send this to:

Alternatively, if you are able to visit the school you may pay by cash or cheque, cheques are to be made payable to “Dubai British School”.

You are required to submit the following attachments in order to proceed with your application:

• Copy of the School Reports for the last 2 years. Must include current year
• Supporting documentation if questions answered YES in our Application Form
• 2 copies of the child's birth certificate
• 4 recent colour passport size photographs of the applicant
• 2 copies of each passport (particulars page) for the father, mother and child/children

Your application cannot be considered until the above documentation has been received.

When all the required paperwork is received, you will be contacted by the admissions office to arrange for the appropriate Entrance Assessments. Assessments are only arranged if we have availability of places, otherwise your application form will be placed onto our appropriate waiting lists. Please allow one week to 10 days after the date of the Assessment test to receive any information on the status of your application.

Acceptance to our school is contingent upon the results of the assessment test, student interview and former school history.
